GENERAL INFORMATION
- What is Gogreen After Dark?

Gogreen After Dark is the first and only guided night tour in Sentosa using the Segway® PT.
- Where is this tour held?
-
The tour will be held at Gogreen Segway® Eco Adventure located at Beach Station, Sentosa, Singapore. All the necessary briefing, registration and training will be conducted here.
- What is the duration for the tour?
-
The whole experience will take about 90 minutes including safety video briefing and training.
One Segway trainer will be designated to each guest for training followed by warm-up rounds at the Gogreen Fun Ride Circuit.
- Will Gogreen After Dark be closed during heavy downpours or thunderstorms?

The entire tour route is exposed to the weather. In the event of unfavorable weather conditions, the tours maybe suspended or rescheduled.
- Will I be able to get a refund on my ticket(s) should the tour be cancelled or suspended in case of bad weather?

Guests will be allowed a rain-check and book an alternate time slot with us within 3 months, subject to slot availability.
LIMITATIONS
- Are there any restrictions for the tour?
The minimum age requirement is 18 years old, the Segway® PT’s recommended rider weight is between 45kg and 118kg. Pregnant women and anyone suspected under the influence of alcohol will not be allowed to go on the tour.
- Is the tour handicapped friendly?
Unfortunately, riders must have the ability to make motions such as climbing and descending stairs without assistance. Riders with poor night vision are also advised against going on the tour.

- What are the operating hours and tour timings like for Gogreen After Dark?
Operating hours and tour timings vary based on the time of year and day of week. Please check our Book Tickets page for your chosen date for tour.

- How much does a ticket cost?

Off-peak (Sundays to Thursdays): SGD78 per pax
Peak (Fridays, Saturdays, eve of Public Holidays and Public Holidays): SGD88 per paxNote: Ticket price does not include admission fee to Sentosa. For Singapore Public Holiday dates, see here. (2011 , 2012)
- Is there a limit to the group size?

The tour is capped at 6 riders per time slot, to maximize the experience and at the same time not compromising the safety aspects of the ride.
- Is my online booking confirmed and final once I make the booking?
-
Yes, booking is confirmed and final upon full payment.
Full payment must be made via a valid credit card and/or through a local internet banking direct debit service. A receipt from eNETS (our designated payment gateway) will be sent upon successful payment and followed by a confirmation email with tour itinerary.
Please remember to bring your receipt and confirmation email on the actual day for registration and verification.
- How far in advance can I make my booking?
- Currently, we allow up to 3 months in advance for bookings.
- Can I make phone bookings instead?

- Can I buy tickets on the same day I wish to go for the tour?

Yes, but please note that same day tickets are subject to availability.

- What are the preferred modes of payment?

Online payment:
We accept credit cards such as MasterCard and Visa. As well as the local internet direct debit service with the following banks: DBS/POSB, OCBC, UOB.On-site payment:
Cash, MasterCard and Visa. - What details will I need to provide to use internet banking direct debit service?

You will need to provide an Internet Banking User ID and PIN issued by DBS/POSB, UOB.
- Will tickets sold online be cheaper than those sold on site at the Ticketing Counter?
Although online tickets are the same price, the print at home function cuts down the registration time significantly.
- Are tickets transferable?
Prior to utilizing the tickets, valid tickets are transferable.
- Are tickets refundable?
We regret that tickets sold are non-refundable.
- I lost my ticket(s) / I forgot the confirmation number for my ticket(s), what should I do?
If you purchased your tickets online, please contact us at +65 9771 3591 for immediate assistance. If your tickets were purchased on site, please provide proof of purchase or verification.
- I am unable to make it for the tour, and have decided to visit it another day. Will I be able to do so?
Please inform or contact us at least than 7 days to the tour date, we will try our best to reschedule, subject to availability and, we are unable to do a refund.
- I am late can I still join in for the tour?
No, all guests are required to arrive 30 minutes prior to the stipulated tour time for registration and verification. E.g. If you have purchased tickets for the 8.00pm tour, please arrive promptly at 7.30pm for registration.
Please call us in advance to make the necessary arrangements for rescheduling otherwise, we will treat it as no-show.
SEGWAY® PT
- What is a Segway® PT?

Segway® PT is a two-wheeled, self-balancing vehicle.
- How do I operate a Segway® PT?
Maneuvering the Segway® PT is simple. To move forward or backwards, the rider just leans slightly forward or backward. To turn left or right, the rider simply moves the LeanSteer frame left or right. You get the sense of power and speed, yet you also feel a sense of safety and absolute control. It all feels natural, safe and instinctive.
- How many Segway® PT models are there?

There are 2 basic models available, namely i2 and x2
Training will be done using the i2 model and the actual tour will be using the x2 model.
OTHERS
- Are there any promotions for this tour?
Currently, we have no ongoing promotions.
- Are there Stay-and-Play packages with includes hotel stays and Gogreen After Dark tickets?
Unfortunately, we do not have such packages available at the moment.
- Can the tour be in a language other than English?
Currently, our tour is only conducted in English.
- What should I wear for the tour?
For the best experience, you are encouraged to wear comfortable clothes and covered shoes. Proper attire, including shoes and shirts must be worn at all times during the tour.
- What are the safety aspects covered by Gogreen After Dark?
Gogreen After Dark will provide training and safety briefing as well as helmet, elbow and knee guards to all participating guests. It is mandatory for all guests to gear up.
- Am I allowed to take photographs or videos during the tour?
Unfortunately, photography and videography are not allowed on the tour.
- Are pets and animals allowed for the tour?
Strictly no pets or animals allowed.
- Is smoking allowed during the tour?
Smoking is not allowed on the tour.
- Are there restrooms or toilet breaks during the tour?
No. There will not be any stopovers for toilet break.
- What should I do if I feel unwell?
If you feel unwell before the start of the tour, kindly inform us as early on as possible, so we can make the necessary arrangements.
If you begin to feel unwell during the tour, please do not hesitate to call out to our Safety Guides for help.
- Will I be able to bring food and drinks along for the tour?
No. No food and drinks allowed on the tour.
- What should I do if I realised I lost something?
Please approach our Segway Crew for assistance and mention the location where you may have left it.
- Are there lockers for me to keep my belongings?
There are no lockers presently, but we can safekeep your belongings for you. Alternatively, the Segway® PT are equipped with a saddle bag which can contain bags no bigger than A4 in size.
- Is transportation in and out of Sentosa provided?
- Unfortunately, we do not provide transport in and out of Sentosa. Please make the necessary arrangements prior to arrival.
- Is it possible to arrange for private and/or corporate tours?

A disclaimer form must be signed before commencement of Segway® rides. No guests below 18 years of age will be allowed on this tour.
